Collins Pine Particleboard is produced utilizing an exceptionally high percentage of western pine fiber. The outcome is a premium product with distinctly light tan coloring, allowing for the use of thin and light papers, veneers, and melamines. Our high pine content also allows for excellent machinability, extending tool life to increase your productivity and reduce your production costs.
Collins Pine Particleboard is recognizable, not only for its color and machinability, but for its smooth surface. Our cross-panel sanding process gives you the smoothest panel in the industry. Also, our panels are sawn after sanding, eliminating thin edges for an increase in your production’s yields. The result is a consistent and remarkably smooth surface, perfect for all laminating applications.
Collins uniquely builds wood fiber supply year-round, so our fiber has the same qualities, no matter what time of year it is sent into production. This provides for a superb consistency of color, surface, and core qualities from panel to panel; consistency our customers know they can rely on.
Our Collins Pine Particleboard is CARB Exempt / NAF (no added formaldehyde), contains 100% post-industrial recycled and recovered fibers, and is available moisture resistant.
